The following terms apply to any products you purchase through us.

Your Right to Cancel Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it without giving any reason. After 30 minutes, the product has been packed, and the order cannot be canceled.

Return Conditions

In order for an item to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

Item was purchased within the last 30 days;

Goods in original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

Damage to items caused by your own reasons that affect secondary sales;

There is no order number or other proof that the item was purchased in our store;

More than 30 days after receiving the goods;

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Return the Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to us. You need to submit a return or refund application through info@teslapilotgear.com. After the application is approved, you should send the goods to the following address: 210 S 8th St, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. We are not responsible for damaged or missing merchandise in returns. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue refunds if the item has not actually been received or proof of return has not been received.

Refunds

Refunds are generally returned to your payment account by the original route within 1-2 business days after the refund request has been approved. If it does not arrive within the deadline, please contact us.

Please note that the postage you paid for the product will not be refunded when we issue a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

By email, please contact us at info@teslapilotgear.com to send your return request. You need to send your order number and a photo of the product.

Please note: Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

How Much is the Return Fee

You are responsible for return postage. However, please rest assured that we will not charge any product re-stocking fee or handling fee.

If there is a problem with the product itself, please send the order number and unboxing video to info@teslapilotgear.com, and we will bear your return and replacement costs after inspection.
