Postage

We use DHL Express to ship your items.

DHL Express shipping is available at the following postage rates: orders under $99.99 are subject to a $4.99 charge, and orders over $99.99 (inclusive) are shipped free.

Taxes

The merchant covers all taxes and fees so you can buy confidently.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders are due by 17:00 PM (MST) on Friday. Orders placed after 17:00 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday (or later if it is a holiday).

Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 days. In the event of force majeure, order processing will be delayed. Nonetheless, we make sure to process your order quickly, weather permitting. If the order takes too long to process (more than 10 business days), please contact us within 15 business days. In this case, we have two ways to deal with it: one is to directly refund the full amount; the other is to arrange the shipment as soon as possible and provide a $5 coupon as compensation.

Transit Time

The shipping time is 3-7 business days. If shipping is delayed, please ensure your receiving information is filled out correctly first. If the receiving information is incorrect, please be responsible for it. If the receiving information is correct and you have yet to receive the product more than 45 business days after shipment, you can request a refund or reshipment.

Cancellation of Order

If you change your mind after placing your order, we can accept cancellations within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Cancellation of an order is not supported if the order has already been shipped.
